Getting started

How do I sell USDT for INR in India?

Log in to Disburz, enter the USDT amount and add your bank account. You'll see the rate, the fees and the exact INR before you confirm. Then send USDT on the TRC20 (Tron) network on Trans Ramp's secure payment page. Once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain, our payout partner Trans Ramp sends INR to your bank by IMPS, NEFT or RTGS, and you receive the UTR by email.

Who sends the INR to my bank?

Our payout partner, Trans Ramp. Disburz gives you the quote, your account, order tracking and support; Trans Ramp receives your USDT, converts it and pays the INR into your bank account. You are never paid by an unknown buyer.

What is the USDT to INR rate today?

The live USDT to INR rate is shown in the quote card and calculator on this page and refreshes automatically. The rate is locked when you confirm your sale.

What are the fees for converting crypto to INR?

Today it's ₹50 fee + 3 USDT network deduction per sale, charged by our payout partner Trans Ramp. Both are shown in your quote before you send, and the 'You receive' amount is what reaches your bank. Disburz adds no fee of its own.

Can I withdraw USDT directly to my Indian bank account?

Banks don't accept USDT, so it has to be sold for INR first. Disburz does both in one flow: you send USDT from any wallet or exchange and receive rupees straight into your own bank account, with a bank UTR as proof.

Is it safe to sell USDT in India? Can my bank account get frozen?

Bank freezes usually happen with P2P trades, when money from an unknown buyer is linked to a fraud complaint. With Disburz the INR comes from our payout partner Trans Ramp, not from a stranger, and every payout has a UTR you can show your bank.

How does the rate lock work?

When you confirm your sale, the rate and the INR amount are fixed for that order. Send the exact amount on the network shown before the payment page's timer ends. If a different amount arrives, the INR is worked out on what actually arrived.

How long does settlement take?

On TRC20 a payment is usually confirmed in about a minute; the payment page shows the confirmations as they happen. The INR is then sent by IMPS (usually minutes, 24/7), NEFT (within a few hours) or RTGS (₹2 lakh and above, real-time); all three run 24/7. You get an email when your USDT is received and another with the UTR when the INR is sent.

Which networks are supported?

USDT on the TRC20 (Tron) network today. USDT on ERC20, Polygon, Solana, BSC and Base, and USDC, BTC, ETH, SOL, BNB and POL are coming soon.

What happens if I send crypto on an unsupported network?

Always send on the exact network shown on the payment page. If funds arrive on a different network, contact support immediately with your transaction hash — recovery is attempted where technically possible, but it may not be possible and can incur network costs.

Can I receive money from abroad in INR with Disburz?

If someone abroad sends you USDT, you can sell it on Disburz like any other USDT: get a quote in your account and send it on the TRC20 network to the payment page. Trans Ramp pays the INR into your own Indian bank account. Keep records of who sent it and why, for tax purposes.

Is TDS deducted when I sell crypto in India?

Crypto is taxed in India as a virtual digital asset: gains are taxed at 30% and 1% TDS may apply on transfers above the annual threshold. Keep records of every sale and speak to a CA about your own tax. See our crypto tax and TDS guide.

Is it legal to sell USDT in India?

Yes. No Indian law bans owning or selling USDT. Selling it for INR is a sale of a virtual digital asset: the gain is taxed at 30% plus cess and 1% TDS can apply. Sell only your own USDT, into your own bank account, and keep a record of every sale.

Can I sell USDT for cash?

Disburz pays to your bank account, not in cash. Cash deals with strangers carry the highest risk of fake notes and money from crime, and receiving ₹2 lakh or more in cash for one deal breaks Income Tax section 269ST. Sell to your bank and withdraw cash from your account if you need it.

Do I need KYC to use Disburz?

No documents needed. Disburz doesn't ask you to upload ID documents: you sign up with your name, email and phone, and add the bank account you want to be paid in. Payouts are made by our partner Trans Ramp, which runs its own checks and may contact you if it needs more information.

What is the minimum amount of USDT I can sell?

Currently 13.95 USDT (the payout partner's minimum after fees), up to 1,00,000 USDT per order. The quote always shows the exact limits.

Payouts & banking

Which payment methods do you use for INR?

IMPS, NEFT and RTGS, sent by our payout partner Trans Ramp. IMPS is instant and works 24/7, NEFT takes up to a few hours, and RTGS is for ₹2,00,000 and above. You choose when you add your bank account.

What is a UTR number?

The Unique Transaction Reference your bank assigns to the transfer. Disburz shows it once your payout settles — share it with your bank if you can't see the credit.

Can I receive INR in someone else's bank account?

No. Payouts are made only to bank accounts in the verified user's own name.

Is there a limit per transaction?

For USDT, 13.95 to 1,00,000 USDT per order today. The quote always shows the current limits. Contact us for larger amounts.

Rates & fees

Where do your rates come from?

From our payout partner Trans Ramp, refreshed continuously. Our USDT to INR page also compares the rate with the market rate on CoinGecko.

Why is the USDT rate higher than the dollar rate?

USDT usually sells at a premium in India because more people want to buy it than sell it. That's why selling USDT can give you more rupees than converting the same dollars at a bank.

Is your rate better than Binance P2P?

Sometimes a P2P buyer offers a little more, but you take the buyer risk and the chance of a bank freeze. Compare the final INR after fees for the same amount; our USDT to INR fees page compares the main platforms each month.

What if the payment page expires before I send?

Don't send to an expired payment page. Start a new sale to get a fresh quote and payment page, then send the exact amount shown.

What if I send a different amount than my order?

The INR is worked out on the amount that actually arrives, at your locked rate and after fees. Sending less than the minimum may need support to resolve.

Sending USDT

Which network should I send USDT on?

TRC20 (Tron) only, to the address on your payment page. Tron addresses start with a capital T. USDT on other networks won't arrive on your order.

Can I send USDT from Binance, Bybit or OKX?

Yes. Withdraw USDT from the exchange, choose TRX / Tron (TRC20) as the network, and paste the address from your Disburz payment page. The exchange's withdrawal fee is extra, so make sure the full order amount arrives.

Can I send from Trust Wallet, TronLink or MetaMask?

Trust Wallet and TronLink can send TRC20 USDT; keep a little TRX in the wallet to pay for the transfer. MetaMask doesn't hold Tron, so move the USDT to a Tron wallet or an exchange first.

How do I check that an address is right before sending?

Copy it from the payment page, never from an old message or your clipboard history, and check the first and last characters. Our USDT address checker shows which network an address belongs to.

Legal & bank safety

Why do bank accounts get frozen after selling crypto?

Usually because a P2P buyer paid with money linked to a fraud complaint, and the police asked the bank to freeze the account that received it. On Disburz the INR comes from our payout partner, never from a stranger.

What should I tell my bank if it asks about the credit?

That you sold USDT you own and the payout came from Trans Ramp. Share the UTR and the order email. Keep your own records of where the USDT came from.

Can I sell USDT for someone else?

No. Sell only your own USDT, into a bank account in your own name. Selling on behalf of others or letting someone use your account is how people get into legal trouble.

How do I spot a USDT scam?

Be wary of anyone offering a rate far above the market, asking you to send first, sending 'flash' USDT, or messaging you as Disburz support. We'll never ask for your seed phrase or ask you to send USDT anywhere except your own payment page.

Safety & taxes

Is Disburz an exchange?

No. Disburz is an offramp only: you sell crypto to Disburz and receive INR. You cannot buy crypto on Disburz.

Do I need to pay tax on crypto I sell?

Gains on crypto (VDA) transfers are taxable in India and TDS may apply. Read our crypto tax and TDS guide and consult a CA.

Is TDS deducted from my Disburz payout?

Not in the quote: the 'You receive' amount is what reaches your bank. Gains are still taxable at 30%, and 1% TDS rules may apply to you. Keep your records and ask a CA.

How do I contact support?

Email [email protected], message us on Telegram, or raise a ticket from your Disburz account.
