USDT to INR Withdrawal Fees Compared (October 2026)

What it costs to turn USDT into rupees in your Indian bank account on the main platforms: the selling fee, INR withdrawal, TDS, KYC and the risk of a bank freeze.

Quick answer: listed fees to sell USDT for INR in India range from zero (Mudrex) to about 0.5% plus GST (exchanges at low volume). Disburz charges ₹50 fee + 3 USDT network deduction. Indian exchanges deduct 1% TDS. The rate matters as much as the fee, so compare the final INR for the same amount at the same time.

USDT to INR fees in India compared, October 2026: Disburz, Mudrex, CoinDCX, CoinSwitch and Binance P2P by fee, INR withdrawal, TDS, KYC and bank freeze risk
October 2026 snapshot of the table above. The table is the up-to-date version; Disburz's row there is the live quote.

How to read this table

  • The fee isn't the whole cost. Every platform also sets its own USDT rate, and the spread built into it can cost more than the listed fee. The number that matters is the INR that reaches your bank.
  • Moving your USDT costs a network fee: about 1 USDT or a few TRX on TRC20, more on ERC20. See TRC20 vs ERC20.
  • TDS isn't a fee. It's tax paid in advance and credited to your PAN. See crypto tax and TDS in India.
  • Freeze risk is about where your rupees come from: a business's bank account (low) or an unknown P2P buyer (high). See is P2P crypto legal in India.

Compare the final INR in 3 steps

  1. Choose one amount, for example 1,000 USDT.
  2. Note the INR each platform would pay after every fee. For Disburz that's the “You receive” figure in the USDT to INR calculator.
  3. Do it within a few minutes, because rates move.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

View all FAQs
Which platform has the lowest fee to sell USDT in India?

On listed fees, Mudrex charges nothing on USDT to INR, and exchanges charge up to about 0.5% plus GST. But the rate each platform offers matters as much as the fee, so compare the final INR that reaches your bank for the same amount at the same moment.

Is TDS a fee when I sell USDT?

No. 1% TDS is income tax collected in advance and credited to your PAN; you claim it when you file your return. It does reduce the cash you receive on the day.

Why is Binance P2P marked high freeze risk?

On P2P the rupees come from an unknown buyer's bank account. If that money is linked to a fraud complaint, police can have your account frozen even though you did nothing wrong.

What is the withdrawal fee for USDT?

There are two separate fees. Moving USDT off an exchange costs a network withdrawal fee, about 1 USDT on TRC20 on most exchanges and more on ERC20. Turning USDT into rupees costs the selling fee in the table above, plus any INR withdrawal fee.

Does Binance charge a fee for withdrawing USDT?

Yes, a network fee that depends on the network you choose, typically about 1 USDT on TRC20 and several USDT on ERC20. Binance shows it, and the amount that will arrive, on the withdrawal screen before you confirm.

How often is this table updated?

Every month. Each platform's own fee page is checked and the date is shown above the table; earlier months stay on the page as an archive. Disburz's row is the live quote.
