Is Disburz working right now?
The banner at the top of this page shows the current state of every part of Disburz. Each row is checked automatically every 15 minutes; 'Last checked' shows when. When it says 'All systems operational', quotes, deposits and INR payouts are running normally.
All systems are operational, so why hasn't my INR arrived yet?
Most payouts settle in under 2 minutes after your crypto is confirmed on-chain. Delays usually come from network confirmations (Bitcoin takes longer), sending a different amount or network than quoted, or the receiving bank. Share your order ID with support and we'll check the UTR for you.
What does each status mean?
Operational: working normally. Degraded performance: working but slower than usual. Partial outage: some users or networks affected. Major outage: the service is unavailable. Under maintenance: planned work, announced in advance.
Who is Trans Ramp?
Trans Ramp is the provider that prices your sale, gives you the payment address and sends the INR to your bank. Its order API, payment page and payouts are all checked on this page.
Are payouts available on weekends and holidays?
IMPS works 24/7, including weekends and bank holidays. NEFT settles in half-hourly batches and RTGS is used for amounts of ₹2,00,000 and above.
How do I report a problem?
