These Terms govern your use of the Disburz website and crypto-to-INR offramp services. By using Disburz you agree to them.

1. The service

Disburz buys supported crypto assets from you and pays the agreed INR amount to a bank account in your name. Disburz does not sell crypto, offer custody or provide investment advice.

Rates shown are indicative until locked. A locked quote is honoured if the exact amount is received on the selected network within the lock window. Otherwise the order is re-quoted at the prevailing rate when the deposit is confirmed.

4. Fees

Fees are shown in your quote before you send and are described on our pricing page. Network fees are charged by your sending wallet or exchange.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Send only supported assets on the network selected in your order.
  • Provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
  • Do not use Disburz for unlawful purposes or with funds derived from unlawful activity.

6. Wrong-network and unsupported deposits

Deposits on unsupported networks or of unsupported assets may not be recoverable. Where recovery is possible, it may be subject to costs and delays.

7. Holds and reviews

We may delay, hold or refuse a transaction where required for verification, risk or legal compliance.

8. Taxes

You are responsible for your own taxes. Where we are required to deduct tax at source, the deduction will be shown in your order.
